जी हां डब्ल्यूएचओ प्रमुख के खुलासे के बाद, दुनिया को वह खुशखबरी मिल गया है, जिसका इंतजार बहुत ही संजीदगी से कर रहे हैं ।
माना जा रहा है कि दुनिया के वैज्ञानिकों के 8 टीमें कोरोना वैक्सीन बनाने के बेहद करीब हैं ।
कोरोना वैक्सीन के वैश्विक उत्पादन हेतु करीब 8 मिलियन डॉलर से अधिक धनराशि की जरूरत होगी ।
इस समय दुनिया जानने को बेताब हैं कि कब कोरोना वैक्सीन बनेगी?, कब वैक्सीन लोगों के हाथ में होगा?
क्योंकि कहर बनकर टूटी कोरोनावायरस ने 300000 से अधिक लोगों को काल के गाल में समा लिया है ।
इसका अभी तक कोई निश्चित इलाज नहीं मिल सका है, तब तक दूसरे बीमारियों में काम आने वाली दवाइयां प्रायोगिक तौर पर आजमाए जा रहे हैं ।
भारत में अधिक मात्रा में उत्पादित मलेरिया की दवा हाइड्रो क्लोरो क्वीन कोरोना वायरस में प्रभावी रहा है, इससे कुछ हद तक भारत में तथा अन्य देशों में प्रभाव कारी रहा है ।
दुनिया भर के वैज्ञानिकों और विशेषज्ञों की टीम इस बीमारी का निश्चित और कारगर इलाज ढूढ़ने की कोशिश में दिन रात लगे हैं ।
इसके साथ ही कोरोना वैक्सीन बनाने की कोशिशें लगातार जारी हैं ।
लेकिन इसी बीच डब्ल्यूएचओ प्रमुख ने दुनिया को खुशखबरी दी है, खबर है दुनिया भर के वैज्ञानिकों के आठ टीमें कोरोना वैक्सीन बनाने के बेहद करीब हैं ।
डब्ल्यूएचओ प्रमुख टेट्रोज अर्नोन ने इसका खुलासा करते हुए कहा कि वे सभी सुविधाएं उस संस्था को दी जाएगी जो बेहतर परिणाम देने में सक्षम है ।
इनमें 400 वैज्ञानिकों का एक संगठन भी कोरोना वैक्सीन बनाने की दिशा में लगातार प्रयासरत हैं ।
उनके अनुसार वैक्सीन के विकास को गति देने के लिए बहुत पैसों की जरूरत होगी, क्योंकि वैक्सिंन की पहुंच सभी तक होना जरूरी है, मतलब कोई भी वैक्सीन की पहुंच से बाहर नहीं होना चाहिए ।
लेकिन वैक्सीन बनाने के लिए आठ टीमें के अतिरिक्त 100 से अधिक संस्था भी इस पर काम कर रहे हैं । डब्ल्यूएचओ ने चुनिंदा उन आठ टीमो को को विशेष सहायता देने के पक्ष में हैं जो बेहतर परिणाम दे सकते हैं ।
वैक्सीन बनाने की प्रक्रिया-
* कोरोनावायरस कह एंटीडॉट तैयार करने के लिए कई चरणों के परीक्षण के दौर से गुजरना पड़ता है ।
परीक्षण की प्रक्रिया का पहला चरण लेबोरेटरी में संपन्न होता है जहां इसके फार्मूला तैयार किया जाता है ।
अब आता है परीक्षण का का दूसरा चरण जिनमें परीक्षण जानवरों पर किया जाता हैं और प्रयोग पर अत्यंत बारीकी से नजर रखे जाते हैं और प्रयोग के दौरान अगर यह लगता है कि कारगर है और प्रतिरोधक है तो ही अंततः इंसानों पर वैक्सीन आजमाया जाता है ।
इंसानों पर वैक्सीन परीक्षण की प्रक्रिया भी तीन चरणों में पूरा होता है, प्रयोग का पहला चरण में बहुत ही कम लोगों पर इसका परीक्षण किया जाता है, कारगर और प्रभावी परिणाम आने पर दूसरे चरण में ज्यादा लोगों को परीक्षण में शामिल किया जाता है ।
अंततः वैक्सीन परीक्षण का तीसरा और फाइनल चरण आता है जिनमें मास लेवल पर वैक्सीन को आजमाया जाता है, इस प्रकार अंततोगत्वा वैक्सीन की रूपरेखा तैयार हो जाती है ।
अब तक ये पता लगाया जाता है की मरीज को वैक्सीन की कितनी खुराक और अमाउंट के जरूरत होगी तथा कितनी अवधि तक का प्लान तैयार होता है ।
इस प्रकार संपूर्ण परीक्षण के उपरांत वैक्सीन का मूल्यांकन करके उत्पादन तथा अन्य प्रक्रिया आरंभ होती है ।
